Part I: 10: 00-12.30: XNUMX

Sauerkraut workshop and intro to intestinal health & pre- and probiotics

Break: 12.30-13.00
During the break we eat packed lunch in our large kitchen. There is also the possibility to look into chickens, sheep and farms.

Part II: 13.00 pm - 15.00 pm
Kimchi, kvass & kombucha - exotic pickles!

The course includes tastings, summary notes / recipes as well as jars with acidified vegetables to take home for storage.
