In the beautiful old stone stable by Skottorp's castle, you can buy tasty cheeses from the farm's own milk. Ambrosia Special, Cream, Port Salut and Cheddar are just some of the varieties produced. They are all sold under the product name "Slottsost från Skottorps Mejeri".
