Adventure in Ulvereds Hjorthägn
On foot and by bike
Join us in the autumn nature among deer and delicious mushrooms.
On foot and by bike we explore one of Halland's green treasures.
We start the day at 08:00 with a bus to beautiful Ulvered.
08:30 we meet up for a small breakfast in the woods with coffee in peace and quiet. Then we go on a 2h guided walk in the woods and fields in search of chanterelles and Karl-Johansvamp. We move through very deer-dense lands and learn in a relaxed environment more about the forest fauna in peace and quiet.
At 11:00 we return to civilization and cook omelettes open fire with those mushrooms we found. This under the direction of a michelin chef and wilderness expert who is happy to share his tricks.
At 13.00, (after lunch) we go out on the trails on mountain bikes. Cycling is a great way to get around in nature and clear your brain. Our Canadian mountain biking guide is an expert in the field and adjusts the pace and the route to you who participate. Here are trails that suit everyone.
When we after approx. 2,5h return to Ulvered we relax and is offered the story of how the deer enclosures came to be. Then we are invited to a well-cooked dinner of locally produced deer and forest taxes, with associated beer or wine tasting. With the forest in the body and the mood at the top, we finally end with a bus ride back to reality again at 21 p.m.
